yesterday and they are
beautiful, and fit perfectly. The picture does not do
the rings justice. It was a

Dear Julie,
Well the long awaited day has arrived. My ring came today. I must admit
I was so nervous, my heart felt like it was in my shoes. When I opened
the box I couldn't believe the brilliant fire! This stone
shines......you did well. I can't believe how well the moissanite
matches the side diamonds. I am thrilled with the ring and so is my
husband. It is truly amazing that this is not a naturally mined
diamond, there is virtually no difference between it and my original
wedding diamond; except the size.
We are off to a few jewelers tonight to get their opinions and hopefully a
few stunned reactions when we tell them the truth. I am so grateful for
all your help and personal attention. You really made me feel
comfortable and ready to make such a special online purchase. I wish
you well and continued success.....but with stones as beautiful as this,
you won't need much luck.

Julie,
My girlfriend did like
the engagement ring. A funny thing about the stone. She was
impressed with the size and color of the stone so much that she thought
it must have a flaw. She was seeing flaws that did not exist.
So, I took her to a jeweler at Kay Jewelers who examined the stone under
a microscope. We did not tell him what it was. He said it
was practically flawless. He said it was one the most perfect
Diamonds that he had ever seen, and he certified that it was not a fake
diamond. After that, I did not have the heart to tell him that it
was moissanite. Good work!

Julie, I finally got my pendant yesterday after I changed the address to
my mother's house since I work all day and kept missing the UPS guy. It
is really nice and the bale is big enough to fit a small lobster clasp.
It is a nice size so I can wear it with professional or casual dress. I
LOVE IT! Everything I order from you is really nice!
Yesterday it was our first snow day of the season, it did not stick to
the ground. Just big snowflakes. So I will remember the day I got my
pendant because it was October 29. Have a nice day and enjoy your sunny
weather down there.

I LOVE IT. My ring is absolutely
gorgeous! Not ever having seen a Moissanite in person...I was
really hesitant to purchase one online. I have worked on and off
in the jewelry business for a few years and all I can say is WOW.
I have a 1/2 carat diamond in my engagement
ring and 1 carat (5 diamonds.) in my anniversary ring and I can't tell
the difference. Honestly. I haven't looked through a
loop...but I'll bet it would be impossible for anyone other than a
jeweler to tell the difference.

Hi Julie, Just a quick note to let you know how much my wife loved the
ring. My wife has told me over an over that it is the most beautiful
ring she has ever seen. I have to agree. You did a fabulous job!
The only point I would disagree with you on is in the color of the
moissanite stones. You are the expert, but I have a really hard time
seeing any yellow in them at all. I have been looking at diamonds for
years in planning this, and I would call the color a G/H rather than a
J. It was a nice surprise to view the stones under the light and see how
brilliant, flawless, and white/clear they are. You did a great job in
selecting and setting the stones.
I could go on and on about the ring - suffice it to say, you have a
very satisfied customer here with regard to the quality of your work,
and the quality of the materials.
I also wanted to take a moment to say thanks for the incredible service
you provided throughout my shopping experience. I will have a hard time
putting words around it, because you provided the best shopping
experience I have ever had. You were extremely thorough in answering all
of my questions, you sent pictures of samples, and even a video of the
actual ring when it was ready to view. When people used to say that the
internet will replace face to face shopping, this was the experience
they envisioned. You can bet that I will buy from you again!

size, the 5 1/2 seems to be
somewhat loose of my finger. I am going to see
how it fits in the morning (a
different time of day like you suggested
before). But if it is still a
concern, is it possible to go down a 1/2 size?

(By the
way, the presentation is such a nice touch, Julie. The little
lighted gift boxes and satin & velvet pouches...very nice.)
Michael
was so worried that the inside of his band would be "hollowed out"
where the stones sit, because the gram weight wasn't too high on
that particular ring. He is so pleased that the inside of the band
is nice and smooth. I asked him if it was as beautiful as he thought
it would be, and he said it is actually more beautiful than he
expected.
My ring
is very beautiful, it is a lot heavier of a band than I was
expecting, too. I see exactly what you mean about the color of the
moissanite, and how one would be disappointed if it were set amongst
a lot of white diamonds. But set with the baguettes, you would never
notice the subtle color change. I am so glad I didn't go with any
larger of a stone. It is such a TALL mounting, I think it would have
been too much if it were any bigger! It is a beautiful mounting and
a lovely moissanite. Thank you!

***About two
weeks later Paula wrote to us to say the following:
Hi!
We took my ring to a very
fine jewelry store while in Tampa just to see what they had to say about
it... The jeweler looked at it through a loupe and said he didn't see
any visible flaws, but the color was a little farther down on the scale
than most diamonds they sell. He kept looking and looking, even through
a microscope, and then he said, "I'm just going to run a little test,"
and used the diamond tester. When that tested positive, he began looking
and looking (we were about to crack up) and then he said, "there's just
one more test I would like to do, and he walked out of the office. We
saw him behind the counter with a device similar to the diamond tester,
and I told Michael, "that's a Moissanite tester." Sure enough, but the
problem was, the baguettes were causing the tester to beep, depending on
where he placed the probe, which confused him further. He finally said,
"I can't be 100% sure, but I think this is a Moissanite."
I confessed that it was,
and he stated that it was a very nice one. He then cleaned my ring
with high pressure steam, and MY GOSH, you should have seen it!
The colors in the Moissanite are incredible. I like it better than a
diamond, because I enjoy the pretty colors.
