Jewelry by Julie's Jewels guarantees that the large diamond you buy are accurately graded.  If you feel your purchase is not accurately represented, we will exchange or refund your purchase within 15 days from the date of purchase.  If at any time in the future, should the diamond purchased be graded by any of the following independent gemological laboratories - GIA, AGS, HRD, or EGL - and the grade of the stone disputed, Jewelry by Julie's Jewels will exchange, refund or adjust the price of your large diamond in question (diamonds 3/8 of a carat or larger).

Trade Up Program-When you are ready to upgrade your large diamond (purchased from us) we will help you by offering a phenomenal Trade Up program.  Some retailers offer a portion of original price paid as a credit in upgrading diamonds.  Jewelry by Julie's Jewels credits the entire original purchase price of your original large diamond (3/8 of a carat or larger) toward the purchase price of any other stone in our inventory of greater value (the diamond must be in its original condition to qualify).
