Shipping Information


One Year Limited Warranty on Jewelry Items

All jewelry purchased from JuliesJewels.com is warranted for 1 full year against any manufacturer's defects.   

If a jewelry item fails within that period of time, JuliesJewels.com, at its discretion, will either repair or replace the item. Normal wear and tear, abuse, and the loss of precious, semi-precious stones or pearls from settings are not covered. A shipping and handling charge of $15 or 10% of the item’s cost (whichever is greater) will be charged to the customer.

We at Julie's Jewels will never share any information supplied by our valued customers.  We take pride in our relationship with our customers and pledge to maintain your privacy while visiting our site.

Free Delivery within United States

All orders over $100 delivered within the United States are shipped free of charge.  These orders are shipped via UPS Ground to arrive at your destination within 5-10 business days.  All orders are subject to stock availability.  You will be notified if your item(s) are not in stock.  Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped together.  We apologize, however, we cannot ship to P.O., A.P.O., or F.P.O. boxes.  You will be notified within 1 business day when your order can be shipped.  Items not currently in stock will usually leave our store within 5-7 business days.

Optional Delivery Choices

All orders over $100 delivered within the United States are shipped free of charge.  We also offer 3 day delivery, 2nd day delivery, and overnight delivery by UPS, FedEx, and United States Postal Service.  These options are available to all customers at checkout.

International Shipping Information

We offer several methods of international shipping including shipping through Federal Express and UPS.  Shipping charges are calculated upon checkout.  All international credit card purchases must be shipped to the billing address only, and the cardholder must sign to acknowledge receipt of the shipment.  

Please note that once the product is in your country, you will be responsible for any tariffs, customs, duties, or import fees that may apply.

Customs, Tariffs, and Taxes

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches you.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these and cannot predict what they may be.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.  Additionally, when ordering from JuliesJewels.com you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents and products ordered.

International Methods of Payment

All international orders outside of the United States must be purchased by major credit card.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for purchases up to $2000 USD and shipment to the countries listed above.  All purchases to countries outside of the US that total over $2000 USD must be made by wire transfer.  For details on wire transfer, please contact customer service or call 866-836-5116.

15-day Return Policy

At Julie's Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied.  We are pleased to offer a fifteen (15) day, no questions asked return policy.


We reserve the right to waive the 10% restocking fee at our discretion.  Specific concerns will be addressed on an individual basis & we will work with you to make sure you choose an item you will be happy with to eliminate the need for returns.

Custom Jewelry Pieces

Mother's Rings, all family-type jewelry and all custom made items are special ordered/custom made just for you. Many items are made just for you when you place your order.  Once your special order and/or custom made item has been ordered with the manufacturer, your order may not be cancelled and these items are not returnable.

Obtaining a Return Authorization Number

In order to process your return as quickly as possible, it is essential that you obtain a return authorization number from our customer service representative.  You can contact us by email at returns@juliesjewels.com, or by phone at 866-836-5116.  Unfortunately, packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

Mailing and Insuring the Package

For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice, including any shipping charges, and send the package by registered mail.  This is the safest way to ship high-value items.  

Please enclose the packing slip, and print your name and address on the outside in the return area.

We will give you the address of where to mail your package when you call or email us for your return authorization number.

In order to protect the package against possible theft, please do not write Julie's Jewels, jewelry, diamonds or any other luxury related word.  Julie's Jewels can not be responsible for return shipping losses.

Condition of the Item

The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged.  Your request will be processed after we inspect and verify the condition of the item.  Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted.  A personalized or engraved item will not be accepted for return.

Include All Original Materials

Please return the item with all of the original materials.  We ship our diamonds with independent, internationally recognized, gemological laboratory certificates.  The laboratory certificate must be included in the return package.

Full Refund

We will refund the full cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges.  Please note that we can refund shipping and handling costs only if the return is a result of our error.  Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchases.  If the item was over $100 and we shipped the item to you at no charge to you, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of us shipping the item to you from your refund amount (up to a maximum of $25).

Returns take approximately ten business days to process upon receipt of item.  Once we have received and processed the item, you will be notified by email.

Returning an Item You Received as a Gift

If you would like to return an item received as a gift, please follow the same steps as above.  It is especially important that the authorization number is written on the address label.  You have the option to exchange the item or receive a Julie's Jewels gift certificate.

At Julie's Jewels, we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly.

Our objective is to provide you with as much information and detail about your prospective purchase as possible so that you can see the beauty and shape of a particular item. In compliance with industry standards and FTC regulations, Julie's Jewels states that carat total weight in all purchases may vary 0.05 carats from stated weight.

On the Julie's Jewels web site, we display the dimensions of our products based on the information received from our manufacturers. For any convex or rounded jewelry item, the width and length stated in the product description is taken by the manufacturer, prior to the rounding of the metal in the manufacturing process, which may lead to a discrepancy in any measurements taken after this process.

Also, for each item containing multiple diamonds, we list the average grade and measurement for color, clarity, and carat weight. These averages are calculated by adding all grades or measurements that comprise the inventory with regard to that particular piece of merchandise, and determining the closest mean.

How to Shop Online

Buying online is easy at Julie's Jewels.com!  Just follow these step-by-step instructions to learn how to shop online with us!

  1. Find the jewelry piece you wish to buy by browsing through our categories.  When you see an item you like, simply click on the picture or product name and you'll be taken to a page with a larger picture and description of the product.
  2. At this page, you can either begin the purchase process by adding the jewelry piece to your basket or you can add the jewelry piece to a wishlist to purchase at a later date.  If you're interested in purchasing the jewelry piece now, just choose the quantity you'd like to buy and click the add to basket button.  That's it!  Continue shopping on our site until you're ready to checkout.
  3. You can view the items in your cart at any time by clicking on the view cart button above.  When you're done shopping, simply click the checkout button at the top of the screen. 
  4. You will be taken to a page showing the current contents of your shopping cart.    From here, you must choose to either continue shopping, or continue to checkout.  Also, if you wish to make your purchase at a later date, you can add these items to your wishlist from this screen.  When you're ready, click the continue to checkout button.
  5. At the next screen, you will be asked to login if you've purchased from us before.  Or, if you're a new customer, click the Create New Account link to begin the checkout process.
  6. You'll be asked to enter your billing and shipping information, create a login name and choose a password.  All of this information is stored on our secure server in order to assist you when shopping with us in the future.
  7. Shortly, you will be asked to enter your shipping preference and payment method.  After giving us that information, you're almost done!
